Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Add Chicken: Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and toss to ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, ensure they have been soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Skewering: Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Grill the Chicken: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Garnish and Serve: Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve the grilled ranch garlic Parmesan chicken skewers hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
