Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup sparkling water (optional, for fizz)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut water, lemon juice, and honey/agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp (optional, depending on your texture preference).

      Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey/agave syrup.

        If using sparkling water, add it to the pitcher at this stage for a fizzy twist, and gently stir to combine.

          Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the strawberry coconut water lemonade over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
