    - Wash and core the apples, then cut them into wedges (about 8 wedges per apple). Place them in a large mixing bowl.

      - Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar to the apple wedges. Toss them gently to coat evenly and let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

        Set Up Breading Stations:

          - In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, pour in the beaten egg. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor.

            Bread the Apple Wedges:
