Ingredients

2 cups milk (or any plant-based alternative)

1 cup brewed Earl Grey tea

2 tablespoons pure vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Cinnamon sticks or star anise (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Brew the Tea: Start by brewing the Earl Grey tea. Use 1 teaspoon of loose tea or 1 tea bag per cup of hot water. Steep for about 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain.

Prepare the Milk: In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling. If you prefer a frothy texture, whisk the milk vigorously or use a milk frother until frothy.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing jug, combine the brewed tea, vanilla syrup, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.

Mix the Milk: Slowly pour the warm milk into the tea mixture, stirring gently to create a harmonious blend. If using honey, add it at this point and mix well.

Serve and Garnish: Pour the Autumn Fog Tea Latte into mugs. Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick/star anise for an aromatic touch.

Enjoy: Sip and savor the warm, comforting flavors of autumn in every delicious cup!
