Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for crust)

4 cone-shaped wafer cones

2 tbsp chocolate syrup (optional)

Fresh banana slices and crushed nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the mashed bananas and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and continue to mix until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Prepare the cones by drizzling a little chocolate syrup inside each cone (if using) for added flavor and a fun touch.

Spoon the banana cheesecake filling into each cone, filling them generously.

Top each cone with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers to mimic a cheesecake crust.

Garnish with fresh banana slices and a sprinkle of crushed nuts if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to firm up a bit.
