Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onions, diced pickles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes until the onions are soft.

Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.

Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles per package instructions.

On each triangle, add about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture towards the wider end.

Fold the dough over to create a pocket, pressing the edges to seal. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.

Place the pockets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your cheeseburger pockets with your favorite dipping sauce!
