1 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large tortillas (flour or spinach)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Olive oil for grilling

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
