Ingredients

1 can (12.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (whole or almond)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to keep the cooked bites warm while you work through the batch.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. You should have about 16 pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.

Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring that they are fully coated but not soggy. Allow excess to drip off before placing them in the skillet.

Place the coated cinnamon roll bites in the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Once cooked, transfer the bites to a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven to keep warm while you finish the rest.

Once all bites are cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
