2 ripe avocados

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out the flesh and slice them into thin, even chips (about 1/8 inch thick) to ensure even cooking.

      In a small bowl, combine lime juice, sea salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

        Gently toss the avocado slices in the lime juice mixture to coat each piece evenly. Be careful not to mash the avocados.

          Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil to enhance crispiness.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don't burn; you want them to be golden brown and crispy.

              Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. The chips will crisp up even more as they cool.

                Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
