Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for best flavor).

      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

        Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess.

          Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

            Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

              Serve garnished with additional lemon wedges and parsley.
