Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.

    Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor).

      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F / 190°C).

        Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

          Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C), and have nice grill marks.

            Once grilled, remove from the heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
