12 oz rotini pasta (or your favorite pasta)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup pepperoni slices or diced salami

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool down the pasta. Set aside.
