Ingredients

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 large Honey Crisp apple, diced

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by washing and cutting the broccoli into small florets. Steam them for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and let them cool completely.

While the broccoli is cooling, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled broccoli, diced Honey Crisp apple, shredded cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
