1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced

½ cup cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup honey

1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).

        Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

          Incorporate Sour Cream: Mix in the sour cream until combined. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

            Fold in Peaches: Gently fold in the diced peaches, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
