Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the dish)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Fold in ¾ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with the remaining ¼ cup of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
