Ingredients

1 box of graham cracker crumbs (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 jar (8 oz) maraschino cherries, drained

1 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup crushed walnuts (optional)

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined, resembling wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form an even crust. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Spread this layer evenly over the chilled crust.

Add the Pineapple and Bananas: Spoon the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer. Next, add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pineapple.

Drizzle with Chocolate: Evenly drizzle the chocolate syrup over the banana layer. If using, sprinkle crushed walnuts on top for added texture and flavor.

Top with Whipped Topping: Gently spread the whipped topping over the entire cake. Smooth out the top with a spatula for an even finish.

Decorate: Arrange maraschino cherries on top of the whipped cream layer and add chocolate shavings or sprinkles for a festive touch.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. This helps the flavors marry and sets the layers.

Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious, refreshing No-Bake Banana Split Cake!
