Ingredients

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, powdered sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the chopped dried cranberries and your choice of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.

Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all cheese balls have been formed, roll each one in chopped parsley to coat the outside for added flavor and a festive look.

Cover the cheese balls with plastic wrap and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up and blend the flavors.

Serve your no-bake cranberry cheese balls with an assortment of crackers or slices of bread for dipping.
