Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

1 cup fresh lime juice (about 6-8 limes)

1/2 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup sparkling water

1/4 teaspoon salt (for rimming glasses)

Lime wedges and extra strawberries for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. For frozen strawberries, allow them to slightly thaw.

In a blender, combine the strawberries, fresh lime juice, agave syrup (or honey), and orange juice. Blend until smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more agave syrup or honey.

Fill four glasses with ice cubes and pour the blended strawberry mixture over the ice, filling each glass about 2/3 full.

Top off each glass with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz, stirring gently to combine.

For an added touch, rim the glasses with lime juice, then dip the rim into salt to coat.

Garnish with lime wedges and extra strawberry slices on the rim or floating in the drink.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing nonalcoholic strawberry margaritas!
