2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1 cup sparkling water (chilled)

1-2 tablespoons orange zest (for garnish)

Fresh orange slices (for garnish)

Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the granulated sugar (if using). Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Take a tall glass and add ½ cup of the orange juice mixture to the bottom.

      Carefully add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glass, allowing it to float atop the orange juice.

        Slowly pour in the chilled sparkling water over the ice cream, watching it fizz and bubble.
