Instructions

Activate Yeast: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Make Dough: Add sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined. Gradually add flour and salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until it forms a paste.

Prepare Peaches: In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with lemon juice, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon. Set aside to marinate.

Roll Out Dough: After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out onto a floured surface into a rectangle (about 12x18 inches).

Spread Filling: Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the rolled dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Add Peaches: Layer the marinated peach mixture over the cinnamon filling.

Roll and Cut: Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them into a greased baking dish, spacing them evenly.

Second Rise: Cover the rolls and let them rise for an additional 30-45 minutes until puffy.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Make Glaze: While rolls are baking, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

Glaze Rolls: Once baked, let the rolls cool for a few minutes before drizzling the cream cheese glaze over them.
