Ingredients
  

1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup diced fresh pineapple

1 cup diced mango

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 lime, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 cup club soda

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. Stir well to combine everything.

    Add the diced pineapple, mango, sliced strawberries, lime, and lemon to the mixture. Gently stir to incorporate the fruits throughout the liquid.

      Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld. For best results, chill overnight.

        Just before serving, add the club soda to the sangria for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to mix.

          Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
