Ingredients

For the Pineapple Layer:

2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 tablespoon lime juice

For the Strawberry Layer:

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

For Garnish:

Fresh mint leaves

Pineapple slices or strawberry halves

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple Layer: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut water, honey (if using), and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer while preparing the strawberry layer.

Prepare the Strawberry Layer: Rinse out the blender, then add the strawberries, apple juice, agave syrup (if using), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

Blend and Create the Swirls: Take the pineapple layer from the freezer and stir it slightly to aerate. In serving glasses, alternate layers of the pineapple mixture and the strawberry mixture. You can spoon them in or pour them gently to create a swirled effect.

Serve: In each glass, stir a little with a straw for a beautiful marbled look. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of pineapple or a strawberry half on the rim of the glass.

Enjoy: Serve immediately on a warm day for a refreshing treat!
