Ingredients
  

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

1-2 tablespoons green food coloring (adjust for desired color)

Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring.

    Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of food coloring to achieve your preferred shade of green.

      Taste the mixture and add more peppermint extract, if you'd like a stronger mint flavor.

          Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
