2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

Salt to taste

Optional: 1 avocado, diced (for added creaminess)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.

    Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix gently until well combined.
