Ingredients

Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

½ cup whipped topping (for garnish)

4 tablespoons chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Chopped peanuts (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are moist and well combined.

        - Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.

          - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool completely.

            Make the Filling:

              - In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth and creamy.

                - Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat again until thoroughly blended and the mixture is smooth.

                  - Fold in the whipped topping gently until no streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix.

                    Assemble the Pie:

                      - Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

                        - Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set properly.

                          Serve:

                            - Before serving, add a layer of whipped topping on top of the pie.

                              - Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.

                                - Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
